硫酸镁佐治毛细支气管炎临床观察

The clinical observation of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of bronchiolitis

目的:探讨硫酸镁对毛细支气管炎患儿的辅助治疗效果。方法:100例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用硫酸镁。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,提高总有效率(P<0.05),治疗组喘憋和肺部体征改善时间比对照组明显缩短,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:硫酸镁佐治毛细支气管炎有良好疗效,治疗剂量未见不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children. Method 100 patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with routine treatment, and the treatment group with sulfate on the basis of routine treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group increased the rate of total effect(P<0.05), The resolution time of clinical wheezing and lung signs were obviously shortened in the therapeutic group compared with the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate treatment of bronchiolitis had better clinical effect,We have not found any side-effect in those treated with usual dosage, and it is worthy of clinical application.
