摘要
根据6063铝合金的组成,研究了一种仅包含脱脂、浸锌及水洗等前处理工序的化学镀镍磷合金工艺规范.实验结果表明:该工艺简单,化学镀镍层光泽度高、结合力强、颜色稳定、镀层致密,磷含量在10%~12%之间,镀态硬度达到500HV以上,远高于阳极硬质氧化层.
A technology of electroless Ni-P alloy plating including the process of degreasing, zinc-soaking and water washing was studied according to the composition of L6063. The experimental results indicate that the process is simple and the film of electroless-Ni is compact.
