文章总结以往船舶的设计流程控制的经验和教训 ,建立和完善流程控制系统和运行模式 ,策划管理系统流程框架 ,同时编制“计算机辅助管理系统”程序 ,经过试运行逐步完善该程序 。

Based on past lessons learned in ship designing, this paper illustrates the need of a system of process control and implementation, a framework of management process and a module of computer aided management, which together will meet the actual needs of the design institutes.
