摘要
采用灰色系统理论作为工具,根据国民经济及水运业的发展规律,将定量与定性分析相结合,确定了1995年我国的水运量、货船拥有量及货运船队的主要构成。
In the light of the grey system theory,a combined analysis,both quantitative and qualitative, is made in predetermining the total amount of water transportation,the number of freighters to be owned and the structure of cargo fleet of China in 1995.
