摘要
介绍了利用电信网络进行多点用户数据采集、传输、接收和控制的双向通信系统的结构以及控制中心对诸多用户进行信息采集、存档及建立数据库进行管理的过程 ,认为该系统的设计是成功的。
In this thesis, we presented a kind of using telecom network implement multi_point data collection, transmission, receiving & controlling bi_directional communication system. The control center collected, kept in the archives multi_user information , and constituted database to manage. The result of experimentation showed the design of this system was successful.
