摘要 给出了平面轴承滚动摩擦试验方案。试验结果表明滚动摩阻系数与载荷成非线性关系,载荷越大,摩阻系数越大,且载荷越大趋势越明显。加润滑油的情况下,摩擦系数明显减小。偏载和钢球直径会对摩阻系数产生影响。 It provides the testing program of planar bearing rolling friction. The result indicates that relation between the coefficient of friction and load is nonlinear. The heavier the load is, the larger the coefficient of friction is, and the heavier the load is, the more obvious the main trend is. Under the situation with lubricating oil, the coefficient of friction is reduced obviously. The misalignment of the load and the diameter of the steel ball can produce direct influence to coefficient of friction.
