摘要
随着无损检测技术的广泛应用,对无损检测结果不确定度的评定十分重要。在超声波探伤技术中,影响检测结果不确定度的因素很多,如探伤仪和超声波探头的性能以及检测技术的选择,均会对检测结果产生影响。另外,被检件缺陷的性质、埋藏深度和方向也会对检测结果产生影响。分析了采用超声波接触法对金属材料铸锻件进行探伤时,对所测缺陷声程和当量尺寸不确定度的评定方法。
The evaluation of uncertainty in nondestructive testing(NDT) is becoming more and more important with the wilder application of the technology in NDT. There are many uncertain factors in NDT, such as the instrument performance, probes and testing methods. In addition, the defect function, depth and direction of the specimen under test can also cause the uncertainty. The uncentainty evaluation method of beam path and equivalent size of defect for metal forgings and castings are analyzed.
