摘要
钢丝绳无损检测的目的是保证钢丝绳的安全运行,并在安全运行的前提下尽量减少因过早报废而产生的浪费。对目前主流的钢丝绳无损检测方法的检测原理及特点进行分析比较,给出各种方法的研究现状和实践效果,包括20世纪90年代以后提出的新检测方法,如磁致伸缩法和声发射超声法。最后讨论目前钢丝绳定量无损检测面临的问题。
The aim of nondestructive testing of wire ropes is to ensure the safe operation of wire ropes and to reduce the waste coming from the premature discard of wire ropes as much as possible. Attention has been paid to the technology in the field of wire rope manufacture and application for a long time. The testing principles and features of the main nondestructive testing methods for wire ropes are analyzed and compared, and the research status and application results of the methods are presented, including the new testing methods brought forward in recent years such as magnetorestrictive testing and acoustic-ultrasonic testing. At last, several critical problems in quantitative nondestructive testing of wire ropes are discussed.
