摘要
政府债务融资在启动经济增长、促进经济复苏中起到了举足轻重的作用。从国民经济大局看 ,我国国债规模尚有较大扩展余地 ,但从财政收支角度看 ,国债负担又十分沉重。解决这一矛盾的根本出路在于振兴国家财政 ,优化国债结构。
s:The National debts plays an important role in triggering the economic growth and recuperating it from depression.There is a large room for our nation to borrow more if taking the economy as a whole,while it seems more than a burden in fiscal revenue and expenditure.Strengthening the public finance and optimizing the debt composition account for the ways going out of the dilemma.
