本文拟就在体制改革新时期 ,高校财务应如何多渠道筹措经费、提高经费使用效益这一热点话题进行探索 ,认为当前最主要的是高校财务工作者要改变理财观点 ,依法组织收入 ,多渠道筹措高校发展经费 ,同时还应从市场规律出发 ,以新的视角考虑高校资金支出的合理性 。

The paper mainly explores how to collect funds in many ways and put it to a better on financial affairs in college at present stage of structural reform The author points out at present the most important is that treasurer should change their view of managing money matters,organize income legally,raise money in many ways,consider the rationality of expenditure with a new vision from the market law and provide possible faciliation to the expenditure of running a school,especially to teaching
