摘要
基于科学管理原理的管理理论在上个世纪将体力工人的生产率提高了 50倍 ,而采用同样方式进行管理的知识人员的生产率却十分低下 ,本文认为其原因在于基于体力工人的管理理论不能直接移植到知识人员的管理上去 ,因为知识人员与体力工人存在着许多不同。本文分析了知识人员管理的特点 ,认为提高其生产率和加强对知识人员的管理是企业管理的首要任务。
The most important contribution of scientific management theory in the 20th century was the fifty-fold increase in the productivity of the manual worker,but the productivity of the knowledge-worker,directed by the same management theory,was very low.This article claims that,based on Taylor's scientific management,the management theory was designed to manage manual-worker and could not be directly applied to manage knowledge-worker.It also analyses knowledge-worker's features and argues that the essential task of enterprise management is to enhance the productivity and stress on the knowledge-worker's management.
