摘要
建设高素质的干部队伍是建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大事业的需要。本文提出了新世纪领导干部应具备的基本素质以及提高党政领导干部素质的途径。
The great cause of building up the socialism with Chinese characteristics needs a cadre team with high quality.This paper discusses the basic quality of the leaders in the 21st century and puts forward the measures to enhance their quality.
