本文着力探讨公共关系策略性传播与常规性传播。欺骗性传播的本质区别,以及其固有的特点和独到的作用。策略性传播是公关传播中的一种高水平、高难度传播。它在内容上应该是真实的,在形式上应该是新颖的,在技法上应该是巧妙的,在效果上应该是高品位的。
The thesis concentrates on discussing the essential difference of stategical propagation from conventional propagation and fraudulent propagation,and its intrinsic characteristic and original function.
