The Public Media and the Modern Youth

大众传媒在其演变的过程中，与当代青年产生了互动关系。大众传媒既为青年所用，对青年产生深刻影响，又在传播过程中，由于青年所处的阶段特点和大众传媒本身的功能，对青年产生了一些负面影响。要想控制传媒的消极作用，就必须提高传播效果，加强社会控制，加强对青年的媒介教育。

The public media has mutual motivation with the modern youth in its evolution. the public media can be used by the youth and has influenced over them. On the other hand, it has negatve impact on the modem youth in its propagation because of the feature of the phase the young people living in and the function of the public media itself. It' s necessary to improve the effect of propagation in order to control the negative effect and strengthen the society control and the medium education for the youth.
