Distribution Automatic Equipment and Their Functions

介绍了基于配电系统信息化的配电自动化系统。分析了当今信息产业对配电系统运行、管理的影响,从功能优化的角度论述了配电自动化设备的基本功能和应用该自动化系统的意义,分析了构成配电自动化系统的关键——配电网通信的功能及要求,讨论了网络化配电载波通信(NDLC)的可靠性及可行性,提出提高NDLC可靠性的措施和通信网络的组网原则。最后介绍了华北电力大学四方研究所和北京哈德威四方保护与控制设备有限公司在这方面的工作。

This paper introduces information system based distribution automation system, analyzes the impact of modern information industry on distribution system operation and management, describes basic functions and significance of distribution automation equipment applications from functional optimization point of view. The paper also analyzes functions and requirements of distribution network communication, the key component constituting distribution automatic system and discusses reliability and feasibility of network distribution line carrier communication(NDLC), and presents measures for promoting NDLC reliability and the principle of setting up communication network. Finally, the paper introduces works have been jointly accomplished by Sifang Research Institute under the North China Electric Power University and Hathaway Sifang Protection & Control Co., Ltd.
