对我国城乡电网建设和改造工作中若干技术问题的建议

Suggestions on Several Technical Issues in the Work of the Construction and Renovation of Urban and Rural Power Network

结合运行经验,讨论了当前城乡电网建设和改造中的技术原则、配电网电压等级、中性点接地方式、金属氧化物避雷器应用、配电网自动化及长效化学降阻剂应用等问题,并提出一些建议。

In association with operation experience,issues such as up-to-date technical principles in the work of urban and rural power network construction and renovation,voltage grades in power distribution network,ways of neutral point grounding, application of metal-oxidized lightning arrestor,automation of power distribution network and application of long-lasting chemical impedance reduction agent are discussed. Several suggestions are given.
