摘要
基于失效评估图技术对某注汽管道进行了承压能力评价 ,给出了管线在不同腐蚀壁厚情况下的极限承压能力和极限裂纹尺寸。并利用实物爆破试验验证了评价方法的安全性和有效性 ,通过对爆破断口进行宏观和微观分析 ,发现管段的开裂属于脆性开裂。
Assessed the capacity o f bearin g pressure of steam injection pipeline b ased on Failure Assessment Diagram(FAD)t echnology and calculated the limited cap acity of bearing pressure and limited de fect sizes with various kinds of pipe wa ll thickness.The full-scale burst tests were collected to verify the applicabili ty and validity of the method.The macro scopical and microscopical analyses of f racture surfaces of burst samples show a phenomenon of brittle fracture.
