美国心理咨询的资格认证制度分为两个层次,一是对咨询员培养机构和课程的认证,一是对咨询员专业素质和能力的资格认证。文章分别介绍了两个层次认证的管理机构、认证标准、认证程序等各个方面的内容,并结合中国实际进行了简要的评论,指出其对中国心理咨询资格认证制度的借鉴意义。

The certification and licensure for counseling profession in U.S.A comprise accreditation and credential system. Accreditation is to determine if an institution or a program provided by the institution meets a given standard. Credential is to determine if an individual counselor meets a given standard. The paper described the management agency,standard, procedure of the accreditation and credential in U.S.A. The authors also discussed some implications the U.S.A system has for establishing an accreditation and credential system in China.
