Progress in the Disease-modifying Antirheumatic Drugs

目前 ,临床治疗类风湿性关节炎的药物主要为非甾体抗炎药 ,病症缓解性抗风湿药和糖皮质激素。随着对类风湿性关节炎免疫病理的深入了解 ,许多病症缓解性抗风湿药被开发用于类风湿性关节炎的治疗。本文分别对作用于不同靶标 ,如 T细胞、细胞因子。

Currently, the medicins for rheumatoid arthritis(RA) include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) , corticoid steroids and disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs(DMARDs). With the significant advances in understanding of the immunopathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, a number of DMARDs have been developed recently. This article reviews the progress in the DMARDs that act on a diverse array of targets such as cytokine, chemokine and adhesion molecules.
