摘要
研究了 [Cl- ],[Fe]T,pH值及温度等因素对高银型方铅矿矿浆电解的槽电压、铅浸出率、阴极电流效率的影响 ,确定高银型方铅矿矿浆电解的合适工艺条件为 :[Cl- ]2 30 g/L ,[Fe]T1 5g/L ,pH1 ,温度 70℃ .采用以上条件 ,在 1 5 0A/m2 的阴极电流密度和 1 5∶1的液固比下 ,电解 6个小时阴极可得含铅 91 .1 8%的铅粉 ,同时方铅矿中铅的浸出率达 96.88% ,银的浸出率达 70 .88% ,阴极电流效率为 75 .68% .
Effects of various technological conditions such as , T, pH value and temperature on the cell voltage, lead leaching rate and the cathodic current efficiency of the Slurry Electrolysis of high-silver galena concentrate were studied. And the suitable condition was determined as: 230?g/L, T15?g/L, pH 1, temperature 70℃. Under such condition, adopting the cathodic current density of 150?A/m 2 and the liquid-solid ratio of 15∶1, lead powder with a purity degree of 91.18% was got after six hours of electrolysis time. At the same time, leaching rate of lead, leaching rate of silver and cathodic current efficiency amounted to 96.88%, 70.88% and 75.68% respectively.
