摘要 介绍了艾萨 /澳斯麦特熔炼中所使用的Sirosmelt直立埋入式喷枪的传热机理、传热模型及流动特性 ,由此提出改进喷枪内部设计 ,提高喷枪寿命的措施 . The heat flow mechanism, heat flow model and fluid flow characteristic of a Sirosmelt Submerged lance used in Aisa/Ausmelt melt are presented in this paper. Recommendations are made for improving the internal design of the lance to make it working for a longer time and to decrease the operational cost.
