摘要
在弱极化区测量了 2 5℃时H2 SO4溶液中离子注入铅的铝电极的阳极极化曲线 .研究了Pb离子注入量对铝电极腐蚀速率的影响 .实验结果表明 ,当Pb离子注入量为 2× 1 0 1 7离子数 /cm2 时 ,2 # 铝电极的腐蚀速率最小 ,其耐蚀性最佳 .在此基础上 ,测量了 2 # 铝电极在 2 5~ 65℃时的阳极极化曲线 ,详细考察了温度对其腐蚀速率的影响 ,并给出腐蚀电流密度与温度T的关系式 。
The anodic polarization curves of lead implanted aluminium electrodes have been determined in sulfuric acid in weak polarization region at 25℃.The effect of the amount of lead ions implanted on the corrosion rate of aluminium electrodes has been investigated. The experimental results show that 2 # aluminium electrode has the minimum corrosion rate and the best corrosion resistance when the amount of lead ions implanted is 2×10 17 /cm 2.On the basis of this investigation, the anodic polarization curves of 2 # aluminium electrode have been determined in sulfuric acid in weak polarization region at 25~65℃.The influence of temperature on the corrosion rate of it is examined in detail.And the temperature dependence of corrosion current density has been given, and the activation energy of the corrosion process has been calculated.
