摘要
以磷钨杂多酸H3PW1 2 O40 ·2 9H2 O为催化剂 ,对丙酸与异戊醇的酯化反应进行了研究 .考察了催化剂的用量、醇酸比、反应时间和带水剂用量等反应条件对酯化率的影响 ,确定了最佳反应条件 :醇酸比为 1.5∶1、磷钨酸的用量为 3 .6 g mol丙酸、反应时间为 2 .5h、带水剂苯用量为 10 9mL mol丙酸 .在上述条件下酯化率可达 99%以上 .
Thungstophosphoric acid H 3PW 12O 40·29H 2O is used as the catalyst for the esterification of propionic acid and isoamyl alcohol. Effects of the amount of the catalyst used,the reaction time, the alcohol acid mole's ratio and the amount of the agent taking off water from the reaction container on synthesizing isoamyl propionate are investigated.The best reaction condition is obtained.In the best reaction condition,the best conversion is over 99%.
