The modern quality-oriented education is requested that teachers should face all students with the principle of 'teaching students in accordance with their aptitude'which is the question that numerous educators care often about and discuss:how to bring this principle up to the level that can be operated easily.This article combines some situations of present chemical teaching of middle schools in our country, issues a brief view on how to implement this principle of middle school chemical teaching and learning.
