摘要
采用电子束原子束结合技术在GH140基材上沉积的ZrO_2·Y_2O_3—NiCoCrAIY复合膜涂层试样进行了1100℃,10h的等温氧化试验。并对试样高温氧化前后的涂层进行了电子形貌及XRD分析。结果表明,这种复合膜形式的涂层其抗氧化能力大大优于单层NiCoCrAIY膜的涂层,本文还对结果作了相应的讨论。
ZrO2-Y3O3-NiCoCrAlY coatings, prepared with electron-atom beams combination processing on the GH140 substrate, were oxidized at 1100℃癈 for 10h. The results with the analyses of morphology and XRD before and after high temperature oxidation show that the oxidation-resistance of such coatings are better than that of NiCoCrAlY ones with the same properation processing. Relative phenomena are discussed.
