摘要 时频分析在信号分析和处理中得到广泛的应用,分析信号从平稳扩展到非平稳,并且分析信号的约束条件减少了,同时信号分析的结果具有傅里叶分析所不具有的特性。从理论上和计算机仿真证明了可利用时频分析来进行数字图像压缩这一结论。 The time-frequency analysis technique has been applied in the area of signal analysis and processing. This technique can analyze and process stationary and non-stationary signals, at the same time, requirement for signal is reducing. The signal results analyzed by time-frequency analysis technique have feature more than Fourier transformation does. Can be image suppressed by the time-frequency technique? This paper proves the conduction with theory and computer’s simulation.
