摘要
本文试图通过比较不同国家人力资本与企业所有权安排的实践模式和发展趋势,以此把握市场经济发达国家人力资本分享企业所有权的制度安排和基本特征。这将成为我国转轨时期未来企业改革的重要参考。
The article aims to interpret the system arrangement and the basic characteristics of human capital that shares enterprise ownership in the developed market-directed countries by comparing the practice mode and the development tendency of human capital and the arrangement of enterprise ownership in different countries. It will become an important reference to the practice of enterprise reformation during the transformation period in the future in our country.
