呼吸疾病患者血清神经节苷脂含量及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究呼吸系统疾病患者血清GLS含量及其可能的临床意义。方法 用本作者建立的“GLS快速测定法”测定患者血清GLS ,分组统计分析。结果 血清GLS正常范围 2 72~ 6 6 0mgL-1( X± 2 .98SD)。肺癌组GLS90 8±2 89,阳性 (>6 6 0 )率 87.4 % ,十分显著高于其余各组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;且低分化癌 >鳞癌 >腺癌 ,与恶性程度呈正相关。结核组GLS72 2± 2 94 ;4 2 .4 %阳性 ,主要为合并胸膜、胸椎结核或其他感染者。肺炎组GLS798± 2 89;6 2 .6 %阳性 ,主要为胸膜炎肺脓疡或伴纤维化者。慢支炎组GLS 6 30± 175 ;33.9%阳性 ,主要为急发期患者。“其他”组GLS5 31±82 ,阳性率仅 8.3%。结论 肺癌患者血清GLS显著增加 ; Objective To study the quantities of serum gangliosides (GLS) in patients with respiratory diseases and the possible clinical values.Methods The serum GLS was determined with the GLS Fast-detecting Method and statistical analysis was given to groups of the patients.Results Normal range of serum GLS established in this report was 272~660mgL -1(±2.98SD).The GLS in lung cancer group was 908±289 mgL -1,the positive rate(GLS>660mgL -1),reached 87.4% significantly higher than that of other groups,the GLS quantities and its positivity in low-differentiated pneumocacinoma were the highest and those in scaled cell cancer were higher than those in adenoid cancer,which suggested the positive relation of GLS and its positivity to malignity of tumors;In tuberculosis group,GLS was 722±294 with the positive rate of 42.4%,mainly found in those accompanied by pleura or thoracic vertebra tuberculosis;In pneumonia group,it was 798±289 with the positive rate of 62.6%,mainly found in patients with pleuricy,lung abscess,or in those accompanied by fibrosis;In chronic bronchitis group,it was 630±175 with the positive rate of 33.9%,mainly found in acute breaking out patients;In the 'other' group,it was 531±82 with the positive rate of 8.3%.Conclusions Serum GLS of pnemocacinoma patients is significantly increased;and determination of GLS is of reference value in lung tumor diagnosis.
