摘要
本文论述了中心村建设的中心地理论、城镇服务业的规模经济理论以及村域空间结构演变理论,在阐明了我国沿海发达地区农村中心村建设的现实性后,对我国中心村的建设提出构想。
Three theories of the key settlement abroad are analyzed,which are the central pace theory,the scale economy of the service industry and the theory about the evolving of the village regional structure.In the coastal region of China,the restructuring of key settlement is realistic.Finally,the theory of the key settlement in China is given.
