中国农村新型工业化及其路径选择

A Study of Realization Approaches of Newtype Industrialization in China's Rural Area

农村新型工业化是中国新型工业化的重要组成部分,也是实现中国新型工业化战略的最薄弱环节。本文重新界定工业化与新型工业化、农村工业化与农村新型工业化的区别,把农村新型工业化战略与解决"三农"问题和建设全面小康的奋斗目标联系在一起,提出以培训现代农民作为农村新型工业化的主体,以信息化为基础构筑现代农业经营体系为主要内容,以农村县域经济的整体提升为重点的中国农村新型工业化道路。

The Newtype Industrialization of rural area is both the important component and the weakest aspect in the newtype industrialization in China.This paper,firstly,differentiated the definition of industrialization from newtype industrialization,and the definition of rural industrialization from rural newtype industrialization.Secondly,this paper studies the strategy of rural newtype industrialization,the problem of'agriculturecountrysidefarmer'and the target of welloff society together.Finally,this paper researches the significance of realizing the newtype industrialization in Chinese rural area.The conclusion is:the main subject should be the modern peasants,the main content should be the construction of the moderm agricultural managing system based on information,and the core should be whole improvement of the economy of China.
