未成年人道德教育是公民道德建设中的未来工程,也是基础性工程。在社会转型时期,道德教育环境的营造是未成年人的思想道德建设中一个重要问题。只有进行有效的道德教育,把学校、家庭、社会和同辈群体德育环境有机整合起来,才能为未成年人思想道德建设营造一个良好的德育氛围。
