摘要
本文介绍一种新型的土石坝内部变形监测仪器———TSD型杆式水平位移计研制及应用成果。该成果首次在国内解决了土石坝内部纵向变形观测问题。TSD型杆式水平位移计的创新点在于 :(1)将减小位移传递杆摩阻力的导向轴承安装在系统保护管内 ,改善了位移传递杆工作状态 ,从而提高了系统观测精度 ;(2 )通过调整导向轴承的间距 ,可以改变仪器的有效测量范围 ;(3 )改变了位移计传感器的安装方法 ,将传感器安装在坝体外部观测站 (房 )内 ,即使传感器损坏 ,还可以维修和更换。该仪器具有广阔的应用前景。
The development and application of a new device-TSD type rod horizontal displacement gauge in measuring and monitoring deformation inside of the earth-rockfill dam is presented in this paper. It is successfully to solve the problems on observation of longitudinal deformation inside of the earth-rockfill dam at home. There are numerous novelty in the new device, they are (1) improving the work conditions of the displacement transfer rod and increasing in accuracy of observation because the direct bearing that will decrease in friction resistance of displacement transfer rod is installed in the protection tube and (2) enlarging the effective measuring range by regulating the intervals of the direct bearing and (3) changing installation of displacement sensor that is placed in the observation station outside of the dam, it is easy to get maintenance and replacement even if there will be some troubles with the sensor. The device has broad prospects of application to geotechnical engineering.
