摘要
目的 :探讨肾必宁颗粒对慢血清病系膜增生性肾炎 (MsPGN)大鼠肾小球系膜细胞凋亡及其调控基因Fas/FasL的影响。方法 :按文献方法建立慢血清病大鼠MsPGN模型 ,HE观察肾小球系膜增殖 ,TUNEL法检测系膜细胞凋亡 ,免疫组化SABC法检测系膜区PCNA及Fas、FasL的表达。结果 :肾必宁可促进Fas的表达 ,系膜细胞凋亡率增加 ,PCNA的表达下降 ,病理损害减轻 ,治疗组与模型组相比差异显著 (P <0 . 0 5 )。结论 :肾必宁可能通过调控Fas/FasL的表达而诱导系膜细胞凋亡 ,进而抑制系膜增殖。
Objective:To discuss the effects of shenbining granule on apoptosis of mesangium cell and its regulative gene Fas/Fasl.Methods:Rat models with MsPGN were made according to method of corelated article,observed the proliferation of mesangium cell by light microscope,determined apoptosis of mesangium cell by TUNEL,PCNA,Fas and FasL expression in mesenteric region by immunohistochemical method SABC.Results:Shenbining could promote the expression of Fas,increse the apoptosis rate of mesangium cell,decrease the expression of PCNA,relieve the pathological lesion,there was significant difference between treatment group and control.Conclusion:Shenbining maybe induce the apoptosis of mesangium cell to inhibit the mesenteric proliferation by regulating the expression of Fas/Fasl.
