不同剂量氟西汀治疗抑郁症对照研究

Comparative study of different doses fluoxetine in treatment of depression

目的 :比较不同剂量氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。 方法 :将 5 0例抑郁症患者随机分为两组 ,分别给予氟西汀 6 0mg/d(6 0mg组 )及 2 0mg/d(2 0mg组 )治疗 8周。以 2 0mg/d治疗 8周无显著疗效者 ,加量至 6 0mg/d(加量组 ) ,继续治疗 6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS) ,每 2周评定 1次。 结果 :两组间显效率、不良反应差异均无显著性 ,但HAMD减分率在治疗第2、4周末差异有显著性。加量组 8例 ,14周末HAMD评分及减分率与 8周末比较差异均有显著性 ,4例显效。 结论 :氟西汀治疗抑郁症 ,较大剂量对部分患者更适宜。

Objective:To study the efficacy and side effects of different doses fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Method:Fifty patients with depression were randomly assigned to different dosage fluoxetine groups(60 mg,20 mg) for 8 weeks.If no significant efficacy were found in 20 mg group at the end of 8th weeks,the drug dosage would be added to 60 mg and then sustained for 6 weeks.All subjects were assessed with HAMD and TESS every two weeks after treatment. Results:No significant difference was found in the efficacy and side effects in two groups.But the reduction rate of HAMD had significant difference between two groups at the end of 2nd, 4th weeks.After 8 weeks treatments,8 patients were added the dosage from 20 mg to 60 mg.At the end of 14th weeks,the reduction rate of HAMD improved significantly.Finally,4 of these 8 patients got obvious efficacy. Conclusion:It is demonstrated that part of depressive patients in the treatment of fluoxetine couldn't improve significantly until the drug dosage added.
