综合控制柜采用PLC对空调机组的负载电流实时监测,同时与热继电器、过流继电器组成双重保护, 对压缩机、空气预热器出现的过载、过流、三相电流不平衡、缺相的故障及时有效的进行诊断并保护,同时通 过触摸显示屏进行故障信息提示,方便了车辆乘务人员对空调机组出现故障的处理。

The integrated control cabinet monitors the real-time load current of air conditioning unit by the PLC.At the same time,the dual protection,which is composed of the thermal relay and over-current relay,diagnoses and protects promptly effectively the compressor,overload of the air pre-heater,over-current,unbalance of the three-phase current, breakdown of lack phase. In addition, the breakdown information is displayed on the touch screen which facilitated the train attendant to handle the breakdown of air conditioning unit.
