含美法澳长粒形粳稻背景恢复系材料的亲籼性研究及利用初报 被引量:1

摘要 以籼稻不育系培矮64S为测验种,对美法澳长粒形粳稻与桂99等的杂交后代38份F4材料进行亲籼性鉴定。结果表明:全部材料都属于可育组,并具有较好的一般亲籼性,它们与籼测验种的大部分杂交F1表现出远远超过一般籼粳杂种一代的结实率,单株颖花数和产量优势明显,显示出在生产应用上较大的潜在利用价值。认为以长粒形粳稻或长粒形热带粳稻为亲本培育偏粳型强优亲籼系,应该是南亚热带气候区选育符合生产和消费要求的细长粒籼粳亚种间杂交水稻的主要方向。 With Indica MS line——Pei'ai 64S as tester, the Indica-compatibility of the 38 progenies from the crosses between Gui 99 and the long-grain Japonica rices from the USA, France and Australia was tested. The results showed that all the materials tested belonged to fertility group and had good general compatibility with Indica,also. Most of their F_1 hybrids with the Indica tester showed much higher than common Indica/Japonica F_1 hybrids in terms of seed setting rate, significant heterosis in number of spikelets per panicle and grain yield, and relatively huge potential value for commercial application. It was proposed that priority should be given to the development of Indica-compatible Japonica-prone lines by utilizing long-grain Japonica rice or long-grain tropical Japonica rice as parent in the breeding of slender intersubspecific hybrid rice,which met the demands for production and consumption in southern tropical regions.
