摘要
盆栽试验和室内生物测定不同水稻品种对稗草的控制作用和除草剂的应用效果。结果表明,利用抗草水稻资源可有效降低除草剂的施用量。对稗草抗性越好的水稻品种,应用除草剂同一抑制剂量(LC50)的效果越好,可减少的除草剂用量越多。除草剂的活性越高,可减少推荐用量的比例越大,通过建立甲磺隆、乙草胺、西草净和扑草净对不同水稻中发生的稗草毒力回归方程,以对稗草的干重防效达90%为决策参数,在抗性材料PI312777、PI338046、AC1423、紫糯中应用甲磺隆可降低用量25%以上,应用乙草胺、西草净和扑草净,可减少推荐用量的20%~25%。4种除草剂应用于麻线谷,桂朝2号和大白谷中,可降低推荐用量的10%~20%而达到90%的防除效果,非抗性材料合系35号和Lemont中降低应用量不能超过5%,否则防除效果低于90%。
The effect of different rice cultivars in suppression of barnyargrassand the control efficacy of 4 kinds of herbicides applied to them was studied in pot experiment and bioassay. The results showed that combining weed-suppressive rice with reduced herbicides rates could be benefit weeds control and herbicides using rates were below the rates recommended by the manufacturer.The weed-suppressive rice had the better effect,when applied with the same dosage (LC_(50)), and the more rates of herbicides could be reduced.Equation of toxicity regression using Prometry, Simetryn, Acetochlor and Methsuron-methyl to control the barnyardgrass occurrence among different rice were established.The herbicides rates for the 90 % control efficacy were calculated with the Equations of toxicity regression. Methsuron-methyl applied to weed-suppressive rice, PI312777, PI338046, AC1423 and Zinuo could be reduced by 25 % of the recommended rates, Prometry, Simetryn and Acetochlor could be reduced by 20 %-25 %. 4 kinds herbicides could also be used below the 10 % to 20 % recommended rates when applied to Maxiangu, Dabaigu and Guichao cultivars.When the herbicides dosage over 5 % recommended rates were reduced to control the baryardgrass of non-suppressive rice cultivars occurrence,the control efficacy would below 90 %.
