摘要
样品经甲醇提取,采用pH2 5的甲醇-磷酸-磷酸二氢铵缓冲液(3+7)作流动相,经μ BondpakC18柱分离了3种常见饲料防霉剂(乙酸、丙酸、苯甲酸),用紫外-可见检测器在200nm处进行检测测定。结果表明,该方法回收率为97 0%~98 0%,相对标准偏差为1 36%~3 77%,该方法准确、可靠,简便易行。
Extracted by methanol, separated by μ-Bondpak C_(18) column, and under the condition of mobile phase: methanol-buffer solution of H_3PO_4-NH_4H_2PO_4 at pH 2.5, three kinds of common antimicrobial preservatives of feed (Acetic acid. Propionic acid, Benzoic acid)were detected by HPLC at 200 nm of UV-VIS detector. The results showed that the recovery were 97.0 %-98.0 %, and R.S.D were 1.36 %-3.77 %.
