摘要
本文对 1 995年以来农民收入增长情况做了回顾与分析 ,分析了 2 0 0 4年促进农民增收的主要政策效益及农民收支增长情况 ,提出了建立农民收入增长的长效机制的思路。
The paper gives a review on the path of the farmers' income growth since 1995. His focus is made on the policy effects in 2004, the farmers' revenue and expenditure, and explores a sustainable manner to keep this trend
