摘要
教师的教学效能感是解释教师动机的关键因素,它影响着教师对教育工作的积极性,教学效能感主要涉及两个方面:教学任务的分析和个人教学能力的评价。本研究通过分析新课程改革实验中教师的教学效能感,探讨在新课程改革中教师教学效能感的结构及影响因素。
Teacher's teaching-efficacy sense is an important factor to explain teacher' motivation, and it affects teachers' work-positivity. Teacher's teaching-efficacy sense comprises two factors: the analysis of teaching task and the estimate about personal teaching-ability. The essay discusses the structure of teacher's teaching-efficacy sense and affecting factors in the new curriculum reform by analyzing teaching-efficacy sense of teachers in National Experimental Zone of the new curriculum reform.
