摘要
运用管理学的知识 ,结合工作实际 ,从建立健全体育后勤管理机构、建立合理完善的规章制度和管理条例、体育事业经费按计划按规定使用、树立以服务为宗旨的指导思想、不断提高自身素质等方面进行了论述与分析。
Based on the management theory and working experience,this paper analyses the following 5 aspects:establishment of sports logistics management institution,the formation of rules and regulations,the utilization of sports funds according to plan and rules,the pursuit of perfect service as the guideline principle and improves ourselves quality constanly .
