摘要
通过对健身俱乐部的中年女会员持续参加 3个月以上有氧健身操运动前后的体质量指数 (BMI)和腰臀比 (WHR)的测试 ,结果显示 :有氧健身操运动可以使身体成分发生改变 ,瘦体质量增加 ,BMI将保持在理想范围内 (2 1.6 9± 1.5 0~ 2 2 .34± 2 .0 1) ,WHR将由平均的 0 .84下降至 0 .78。同时 ,对预防心血管系统疾病 ,增强体质 ,延缓衰老有重要的作用。
Tests of BMI and WHR before and after aerobic exercise were made in women who are middle aged members of a health club and have joined the aerobic exercise for more than three months.The results showed that long term aerobic exercise could induce the change of body composition,increase the lean body weight,BMI with keep in an ideal range that is from 21.69±1.50 to 22.34±2.01,WHR will decline average from 0.84 to 0.78.In while,they play important functions on preventing cardiovascular disease,improving physical fitness and delaying the age.
