摘要
企业聚集和城镇化有内在统一的关系。企业聚集是城镇化的内涵和动力,而城镇化又是企业聚集的基础和条件。基于此,针对我国农村企业布局分散的现状,并考虑到我国企业向城镇聚集所面临的来自社区、产权、搬迁成本、土地政策及社会保障制度等的制约因素,我们应采取相应措施,加快企业向城镇聚集。
A strong inner unified relationship exists between enterprises' concentration and urbanization.Enterprises' concentration is urbanization's connotation and impetus,meanwhile urbanization is the foundation and condition of enterprise's concentration.In view of this theory,facing the situation of rural enterprises' scattered location and considering various kinds of restricted factors,such as community,property rights,moving costs,land policy and social security system,we ought to take measures to speed up enterprises to assemble in towns.
