摘要
大规模定制是一种新的管理模式,既可以降低企业成本,又可以满足用户个性化的需求,为企业提供战略优势和经济价值。大规模定制有其赖以存在的土壤和条件,企业选择这种运作模式时应注意把握好时机,考虑各种制约因素,进行科学的决策。
Mass customization is a new management mode which can both lower the cost and meet characteristic demand.The new mode can enhance competition advantage and increase economic value.Mass customization can't live without its own soil. When we adopt this mode, we should choose a fair opportune moment, think about all kinds of relevant factors and make scientific decision.
