摘要
螺纹联接的可靠性取决于轴向预紧力的大小和批量生产中预紧力达到的精度或稳定性 .轴向预紧力的控制除了采用传统的扭矩法外 ,还可采用扭矩 -转角法、屈服极限法、伸长量法和拉伸法 .每种控制方法都有各自的特点 .目前国内一般不论要求的预紧力精度高低 ,均采用扭矩控制法 .此法获得的预紧力精度低 ,制约产品质量的提高 .本文在螺纹联接理论基础上 ,介绍并分析了几种轴向预紧力的控制方法及其特点 ,供相关工程技术人员参考 。
Certainty of bolt connection gets back assembled force size and accuracy on lot production basis. Control way of assembled force is torque, is moreover torque-angle; yield limit; measure extensibility and strain. They possess own specificity. Civil enterprises take no account of accuracy. They use currently traditional torque control way, but it gains merely low accuracy and affect produce question. This paper introduces and analysis control methods about assembled force on bolt connection theory basis, offer pertinent technologist reference, and arrive at improvement produce question.
