摘要
针对无速度传感器矢量控制系统电机参数的自检测问题 ,根据异步电机的数学模型 ,给出了电机在静止条件下 ,利用单相加载、采用准同步采样算法测算电机参数的新方法 ;推导出计算转子等效电阻、定子等效漏感和电机等效互感的数学模型。并以 7.5 k W电机为例对电机的参数进行实测 ,以该数据设计了无速度传感器矢量控制系统。运行实验证实了该方法的实用性和有效性。
This paper proposed new methods of identifying induction motor equivalent circuit parameters. The methods included two parts test, single phase AC test and DC test. During single phase AC test, fundamental component of stator current, stator voltage and phase different between them were measured, therefore reference stator leakage inductance and reference rotor resistance were calculated. To minimize the impact of measure-induced noise and harmonic components on measure result, this paper used quasi-synchronous sampling algorithm to process current and voltage sample data. During DC test, rotor flux was equal to stator current multiply reference mutual inductance. When feeding different level DC voltage to motor, rotor flux variations could be calculated by numerical integration. Then reference mutual inductance could be estimated from stator current and rotor flux changes. Experiment results of estimating parameters of a 7.5 kW inductor motor and controlling of this motor are presented at end of this paper.
