中西医药膜治疗下颌智齿冠周炎疗效观察

Curative Effect of Medical Film on Operculitis of Submaxilla Wisdom Tooth

目的观察中西医药膜治疗下颌智齿冠周炎的效果。方法选择我院门诊病例120例,随机分成治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组予自制的中西医药膜,对照组予蘸有甲硝唑粉、诺氟沙星粉、丁香油的消毒棉捻。结果两组总有效率经统计学处理χ2=13.446,P<0.01,有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论中西医药膜治疗下颌智齿冠周炎疗效确切,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese and western medical film on operculitis of submaxilla wisdom tooth. Method To divide randomly 120 cases into the treatment group (n=60) and the control group (n=60). The treatment group was given self-made Chinese and western medical film and the control group was given the twists dipped metronidazole powder, norfloxacin powder and clove oil. Result The total effective rate of two groups dealt with statistics was χ2=13.446, P<0.01. There was a significant difference. The result of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Chinese and western medical film has a reliable curative effect on operculitis of submaxilla wisdom tooth and is worth to spread in clinic.
