摘要
本文首先在波特竞争优势两个层次(低成本竞争优势和产品差异型竞争优势)基础上分析了我国造船业的竞争优势现状及其与日、韩等国的差距,并认为造成这种差距的根源在于形成竞争优势的四种核心因素的全力作用(波特钻石因子模型)没有得以充分发挥作用.在此基础上提出了我国造船业国际竞争优势的培育路径和策略.
In the paper, based on two aspects of Porter’s competence superiority theory (the competence superiority in a lower cost and the competence superiority in different-type products), it is analyzed that the present status of competence strength of Chinese shipbuilding industry and its lags with respect to Japan and South Korea. From the analysis, it is derived that the sources to make the lags of Chinese shipbuilding industry are laid in that the resultant effect of the four core factories to form competence superiority has been not fully bought into play. On this basis, an approach and strategy to nourish international competence strength of Chinese shipbuilding industry is proposed.
