船舶制造大型构件动力平板运输车的开发研制 被引量:7

摘要 以船舶制造大型构件搬运用DCY系列动力平板车的开发研制为例,对基于CAN现场总线电液比例控制技术的动力平板运输车的总体设计和多模式转向、行走、调平及快速原型开发等关键技术进行了分析与研究.开发研制的结果表明,所提出的设计理论、控制系统结构和系统开发工具具有技术水平先进和实用有效等特点. On the basis of field-bus and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, the system overall design and key technologies such as multi-mode steering, traveling, level-adjusting and rapid prototype development system for the power flat transporters are studied through discussing the design and development of DCY series power flat transporters used for conveying hull blocks and heavy frame components in shipbuilding. The results of development prove that the proposed design theory, control system structure and system exploiting tools have characteristics of advanced technology level, practicability and availability etc.
