摘要 目的论述血液免疫反应路线图的理论内容。方法癌细胞或酵母菌加到枸橼酸抗凝血,37℃温浴30min后观察结果。结果表明补体和红细胞在血液免疫反应中起着极其重要的角色,客观存在血液免疫反应路线图:致病原(如癌细胞或酵母菌)能激活血浆中的补体,黏附到红细胞然后黏附到白细胞,激活血液免疫反应系统。结论该理论为天然免疫研究提供了很有应用价值的信息。 Objective To explore theory of road map of hemaimmune reaction. Methods Cancer cells or yeast cells were added in fresh anticoagulated whole blood treated by citric acid, and incubated for 30 minutest see results. Results The complement and red blood cell plays a vital role in blood immune reaction, And there is road map of blood immune reaction: Antigen (cancer cells or yeast cells) can activate plasma complements, adhere to complement C3b, then be adhereing to Red blood cell, then adhereing to white blood cells to activate blood immune reaction system. Conclusion It can provide useful information for innate immune study.
